Section 01

Definitions and Interpretations

The following terms used in these terms and conditions carry specific meanings. These definitions apply throughout the Agreement.

• "Platform" or "Site" — The krakriya.lat website and all its associated services, tools, and content.
• "Member" or "User" — Any person who has created or is in the process of creating a registered account on krakriya.
• "Account" — The personal profile created for a member through registration, through which platform services are accessed.
• "Balance" — The total amount of funds in a member's account, including deposits and winnings.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional funds, free spins, or other rewards offered by krakriya.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The set condition specifying how many times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn.

Section 02

Account Eligibility and Registration

To open an account and access services on the krakriya platform, all of the following conditions must be met:

2.1 Age Requirement

Only persons aged 21 or above may register on krakriya. If a false age is provided during registration, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited. krakriya may at any time request a copy of a government-issued ID for age verification.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Operating two or more accounts by the same person or members of the same household will be considered a violation of the rules. If duplicate accounts are detected, both accounts will be closed.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, address, phone number, and payment details — must be truthful, accurate, and complete. If any information changes, the member must notify krakriya promptly. krakriya reserves the right to suspend or close an account if false information is provided.

Section 03

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on krakriya are conducted through secure and encrypted connections. The table below sets out the key conditions for deposits and withdrawals:

3.1 Deposit Conditions

Deposits will only be accepted from payment methods registered under the same name as the account. Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, the relevant funds will be returned and the account may be subject to investigation.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Before processing a withdrawal, krakriya may require identity verification (KYC) to be completed. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the same method used for the deposit. To withdraw bonus funds, the associated wagering requirement must be fulfilled.

3.3 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, delays may occur due to identity verification, security review, or technical reasons. In such cases, the support team will keep the member updated.

Bonuses and Promotions

krakriya offers attractive bonus offers to members from time to time. This section describes in detail the terms for awarding, using, and withdrawing bonuses.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be fulfilled. For example, if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳37,500 in bets before withdrawing. The time limit to complete the wagering requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is received.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time.
• Placing low-risk bets or back-to-back opposing bets for the purpose of earning bonuses is prohibited.
• In case of a rule violation, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
• krakriya reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

Section 05

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

krakriya is committed to ensuring a safe and fair playing environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited in order to protect the integrity of the platform:

• Collusion: Coordinating among multiple members to win unfairly.
• Software Advantage: Use of bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Bonus Abuse: Improper use of the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Money Laundering: Using krakriya as a channel for illegal money laundering.
• Hacking Attempts: Any attempt to access the site's security systems.
• False Identity: Operating an account using another person's identity.

If any of the above prohibited conduct is detected, krakriya will immediately suspend the account, forfeit all balances, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

Section 06

Account Suspension and Closure

6.1 krakriya's Authority

krakriya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Compliance with regulatory authority directives.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).

6.2 Member Rights

A member may close their account at any time of their own accord. In such cases, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed. However, any bonus balance or funds related to unfulfilled wagering requirements will be reviewed in accordance with the applicable rules.

Privacy and Data Protection

Changes to Terms and Legal Framework

10.1 Right to Make Changes

Logging in to or continuing to use the site after a change takes effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms by the member. 10.2 Legal Jurisdiction

All content on the krakriya platform — logos, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is protected under the intellectual property rights of krakriya or its respective licensees. Copying, distributing, or republishing these assets without permission is prohibited.

11.2 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy together form the complete agreement between krakriya and the member. Any previous oral or written communication is superseded by this agreement.

11.3 Language

The original version of these terms and conditions is published in Bengali. Any translation is for convenience only, and the Bengali version is legally applicable.
